More Pictures from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Congress Members

Development plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the photographs.

Also included in this latest document release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the region, indicated on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section identifying different parts of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.

Further documentation disclosed as part of the current oversight process.
